Many of our Graduate Engineers continue their involvement in our training schemes after achieving Chartership, mentoring and supporting those coming through the scheme after them to help develop the future generations of Engineers. Our management structure and diverse project teams provide opportunities to be mentored by, work alongside and learn from our technical and experienced staff.
