At Rendel Ingerop, we believe in creating a work environment of mutual trust, respect, diversity and inclusion.
Throughout Australia and supported by a team of +200 across the Group, we employ a world-class team of highly qualified staff, ranging from seasoned professionals to the best graduates. Our national presence in Australia includes our sister company Aspec Engineering and locations in Sydney, Brisbane, Newcastle and Perth. We also have a global presence with a diverse portfolio of international projects and encourage collaboration and mobility within the Group, embracing the value that our diversity brings. This mobility presents the opportunity to travel and diversify skills in the international markets.
We particularly value project experience, technical excellence, teamwork and communications skills, whatever your specialist field. We look for problem solvers who have a drive to succeed and deliver valuable solutions for our longstanding clients. If you are inspired by the challenge of international project consulting and have a passion for working on major infrastructure schemes that shape our environment, then take a look at what we have to offer.
We champion equality, diversity and inclusion in all our activities, placing it in the core of the Group’s values. We are proud to invest in the ongoing professional development of our staff; whether you are an Apprentice or Graduate Engineer, a professionally qualified Engineer or part of our Administration and Support team, we strive to offer opportunities for training and growth.
Graduate Engineering training schemes are available in Australia, through Engineers Australia (EA), and we also support our team to become professionally qualified within other chosen fields or specialisms.
The support and development of our teams is at the heart of our culture. This is reflected in the approach of our staff and the willingness and enthusiasm shown in developing others. Many of our Graduate Engineers continue their involvement in our training schemes after achieving Chartership, mentoring and supporting those coming through the scheme after them to help develop the future generations of Engineers. Our management structure and diverse project teams provide opportunities to be mentored by, work alongside and learn from our technical and experienced staff.
If you would like the opportunity to work on exciting and technically challenging projects around the world in a supportive and friendly work environment, take a look at our current vacancies.
